HUGE difference between Honda and Mini shifter

Made the cuts, got the 3/4 rods

Shifter is in place in the car

Started to build the new shift rods

Shift rods completed, now it's time to weld together

Redid the snift rods and rented a mig welded to tack the rods
Remi will take care of completing the welds and make sure the metal penetration is good

And to complete the setup, new set of bushings
